Hello there.
Someone deciding to make your own template by yourself? Yeah, I'm also know that it's hard cuz I've passed that time to learn bout it, the skills. 
How I made my template?
Actually you needed to download GIMP to made it. Mine is actually GIMP 2.6. Here's also a link to learn how to make a template.
